Återbetalningspolicy
Nöjdkundgaranti
Hos Fotomax har du alltid nöjdkundgaranti, vilket innebär att du kan testa ut och använda produkten i 30 dagar efter du har mottagit produkten och sedan lämna tillbaka om du inte var nöjd. Vid utnyttjande av nöjdkundgaranti återbetalas alltid hela beloppet inklusive frakt.

Ångerrätt
Du har en generell lagstiftad 14 dagars ångerrätt från det att du har tagit emot en vara som du beställt. Är du kund hos Fotomax har du dock 30 dagar öppet köp som fungerar som ångerrätt. Vid nyttjande av ångerrätt står Fotomax för returfrakten. Vid nyttjande av ångerrätten återbetalas hela summan.

Reklamation
Meddela varför du inte godtar varan samt ange på vilket sätt du anser att varan är felaktig på hej@Fotomax.se. När du har meddelat oss så skickar vi en förbetald returfraktsedel och anvisningar till dig. Meddela alltid eventuell reklamation snarast möjligt. Du har enligt lag, reklamationsrätt på din vara i 3 år förutsatt att felet kan åberopas säljaren som ursprungligt, inom 6 månader från inköpstillfället. Vi accepterar Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN).

Retur
Retur skall ske inom 30 dagar från leveransdagen under förutsättning att produkten återlämnas i oskadat skick och orginalförpackning. Vi följer distans och hemförsäljningslagen.

Ej uthämtade varor
Hämtar du ej ut dina varor som du beställt så debiteras du ej. Du måste enligt svensk lag alltid meddela oss vid nyttjande av ångerrätt, reklamation, byte eller retur av din beställning.

Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction guarantee
At Fotomax you always have a customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that you can test out and use the product for 30 days after you have received the product and then return it if you were not satisfied. When using the customer satisfaction guarantee, the entire amount including shipping is always refunded.

Right of withdrawal
You have a general statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the time you have received an item that you ordered. If you are a customer of Fotomax, however, you have 30 days of open purchase, which acts as a right of withdrawal. When using the right of withdrawal, Fotomax is responsible for the return shipping. If the right of cancellation is exercised, the entire amount is refunded.

Complaint
Communicate why you do not accept the product and indicate how you believe the product is faulty at hej@Fotomax.se. Once you've notified us, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping slip and instructions. Always report any complaints as soon as possible. According to the law, you have the right to complain about your product for 3 years, provided that the fault can be referred to the seller as original, within 6 months from the time of purchase. We accept the General Complaints Board (ARN).

Return
Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is returned in undamaged condition and original packaging. We follow the distance and home sales law.

Unclaimed goods
If you do not pick up your goods as you ordered, you will not be charged. According to Swedish law, you must always notify us when using the right of withdrawal, complaint, exchange or return of your order.
